- Are all the resort facilities included in the price?
Yes, there are no additional charges.

- What's included in the price?
The use of condo, internet, cable, phone and all the facilities. Please note, the price is per week for the Condo, not per person.

- Are there any hidden charges?
There is a cleaning charge of $65 payable on bookings of less than one week.

- What type of deposits are applicable?
There is an initial non refundable deposit of $350 per week to secure your reservation.

In additions there is a refundable security deposit of $350, which will be required with the final balance. This will be returned within 14 days, assuming there is no damage to the property or its contents.

- What are the arrival & departure times?
Check in after 4 pm on arrival date.

Check out before 10 am on departure date.

- How many does your home sleep?
Our home has two bedrooms with a sleeper sofa and sleeps up to 6 people.

- Is there a minimum / maximum stay time?
The Condominium is available for a minimum of 3 nights and maximum of 4 months.

- Why should I choose your condo at Terrace Ridge Resort?
Our condo is in a great location, close to the pool, very modern with luxurious
furiture and offers best value when compared to other units.

- How close is the Condo to Disneyworld?
We are approximately 10 minutes away.

- Is there a store on site?
There is no store. However, there is shopping plaza with 24 hour supermarket less than half a mile away.

- Are all towels and linen included?
Yes, all linen and towels for use in the Condo are provided, including pool/beach towels.

- Can I get a a high chair, crib or cot?
These are available for a fee when you book. These and additional requirements can be pre ordered from our management company at the time of booking.

- Who do we contact when staying at your condo?
We have a property Management Company who looks after our home.
They are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week in case of emergency. You can also contact us directly if you wish.

- What are the security and safety features?
Built in 2006, the condo meets all the safety regulations as required by the state of Florida. It includes a sprinkler system, fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector. The complex is in a gated community.

- Do you have any suggestions for things to see & do?
Please review the "Attractions" tab, where we have offered more than a few suggestions, including restaurants, etc.

- Do you accept payment via credit cards ?
Yes. This can be accomplished through our management company. We will forward you the information once the booking is confirmed.


- Is there plenty to do for the children at Terrace Ridge?
The pool, volleyball court and clubhouse offer various activities. In the condo itself there is a large selection of board games, cards, over 100 DVD's (almost half dedicated to the under 12 age group) and various sport and pool items (volleyball, soccer ball,
padals w/balls, pool/beach balls and a variety of pool acceseries.

- How do we locate/enter the property?
Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you a few weeks before arrival.

- Are smoking or pets allowed?
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit which is fitted with smoke detectors. No pets are allowed.

- What entertainment can we expect at the condo?
3 flat screen 1080i HD TV's, computer with printer, over 100 DVD's, stereo, home theater sound and many board games.
